How soon will I receive my guide?

Orders are shipped using Royal Mail First Class Tracked.

Tracking will usually only update once the item has been delivered, so it may appear inactive while your order is in transit.

Most orders arrive within a few days, but please allow up to 5 working days.

If your guide hasn’t arrived after 5 days, use the tracking number provided after checkout to contact Royal Mail directly and chase this up.

Returns & refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the guide is returned in pristine, resellable condition.

If the guide is returned damaged, used, or not in a resellable condition, the return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

My order arrived damaged

If your guide arrives damaged, please contact us and include photos of the damage.

We will review this and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Digital products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are not available on digital products.

Shipping to Europe

For orders shipped to Europe, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. It is your responsibility to monitor this and ensure any applicable fees are paid.

If fees are not paid and the item is returned to us, a refund of 75% of the original order value will be issued to cover time, packaging and handling costs.
