I became aware of AI when it made a splash on YouTube in early 2023, and at that point, my only real question was, “I wonder if it could plan a road trip?” Eventually, after a year of sitting on the idea, I decided to work on this concept for a video. It turned out to be much more interesting than I had initially thought.
The planned road trip took us from our home in Durham to a place we had never visited called Blanchland, then to Jedburgh, Peebles, Melrose, and then eventually to Sycamore Gap.
The images in this zine are my personal favourites that were taken while we shot the video for our YouTube channel.
